There were no new listings in homes or condos this week, but there were two new condo sales and two new home escrows. Here is your update:

Sales:

Hale Moi 211 was listed for $495K and sold for $475K. The seller paid $128K in 7/99. Pali Ke Kua 140 sold for $522K cash with a list price of $599K. The most recent purchase had been for $130K in 2/88.

Under Contract:

Pali Ke Kua 1 is under contract with a list price of $182,700. The seller paid $379K in 4/06 for this leasehold unit.

Price Changes:

Villas of Kamalii is newly reduced to $729,900 from $744,900. The unit sold for $607,500 in 11/03.

Back on the Market:

It only took 12 market days for 3982 Aloalii, priced at $1.199M, to find a buyer. The seller paid $960,900 in 5/12 for this home. Unfortunately, it came back on the market several days later.

Contingent:

5141 Iolani Place is in escrow after 8 days priced at $625K. The last sale was for $87,500 in 10/96. After only 5 days, 4086 Liholiho, priced at $940K, went into escrow. The last purchase of this home was for $585K in 3/10.

Price Changes:

4266 Waileia Place reduced from $875K to $850K. The last sale was for $818K in 9/14.
