Villas on the Prince 27 is available for $749K. The most recent purchase was for $700K in 6/09. Nihilani 6C is listed for $810K. It sold for $753,387 from the developer in 4/07.

Hale Honu 6B came on the market showing as in escrow priced at $399K. The previous sale was in 1/05 for $475K. Mauna Kai 5A sold in 11/12 for $295K. It was available for $499K but went quickly into escrow.

Alii Kai 1202 came on the market showing as sold for the list price of $575K. The last sale was in 3/12 for $305K.

Contingent:

As noted above, Hale Honu 6B and Mauna Kai 5A are both in escrow. Pali Ke Kua 246 is in escrow after 66 days while priced at $895K. The sale before was for $750K in 4/17.

Sales:

As noted above, Alii Kai 1202 sold for $575K cash. Sealodge H5 was listed for $639K and sold for $610K. The sale before this was in 2/78 for $56,600. Mauna Kai D301 was listed for $789K and sold for $780K cash. The last sale was in 2/11 for $281K.

Temporarily Withdrawn:

Emmalani Court 213 was temporarily withdrawn while priced at $595K. The seller bought this unit for $324Kin 2/01.

Price Changes:

Kaiulani 61 reduced to $792K from $793,500. The last sale was in 6/08 from the developer for $856,400.

4919 Emmalani came on the market priced at $998K. The home changed hands in 10/05 for $945K.

4620 Emmalani is once again on the market priced at $1.195M. The home sold for $850K in 9/04.

Purchased in 11/08 for $1.350M, 4140 Aloalii came on the market showing as in escrow with a price of $1.795M.

Contingent:

As noted above, 4140 Aloalii came on the market with a buyer.

Sales:

3788 MiliMakani sold for $827,500 cash while priced at $875K. The seller bought this home for $730K in 10/07.

Under Contract:

5127 Iolani Place moved from available to under contract while priced at $829K. The home was acquired in 1/17 for $725K.

Withdrawn:

5282 Honoiki was withdrawn after 26 days. Priced at $895K, it sold in 10/04 for $799K.

5045 Kapiolani Loop was withdrawn from the market while priced at $3.170M after 329 market days. The seller bought this home in 6/10 for $2.170M.
