New Listings:

Emmalani Court 213 is back on the market available for $575K. It sold for $324K in 2/01. Sealodge F8 is newly listed for $720K, since selling for $450K in 3/04.

Pali Ke Kua 220 is listed for $1.2M. It sold for $320K in 10/96. Puu Poa 211 was purchased in 8/99 for $335K and is on the market for $1.575M.

Back on the Market:

Plantation 121 found a buyer on 8/7 but fell out of escrow a few days later. The unit sold in 11/13 for $575K.

Unfortunately, Hanalei Bay Villas was briefly in escrow and is now back on the market priced at $899K. The prior sale was for $630K in 7/14. Pali Ke Kua 119 went into escrow on 7/2 while priced at $989K but fell out of escrow. The condo sold in 10/07 for $807,500.

Sales:

Sealodge B8 was priced at $475K and closed at $459K. The seller bought this unit for $240K in 9/17.

Expired:

Puamana 12B expired after 365 market days priced at $599K. This condo was obtained in 10/12 for $285K.

Price Changes:

Kaiulani 72 went from $1.345M to $1.289M. This unit sold from the developer in 11/07 for $1,758,070. Sandpiper 135 is now $479K, down from $495K. The prior sale was in 11/03 for $250K.

Emmalani Court 213 made a price correction as it came on the market from $595K to $575K. Mauna Kai F5 reduced by $30K and is priced at $599K. The last purchase was for $450K in 9/06.

4028 Aloalii is priced at $1.285M. The last sale of this home was in 6/04 for $925K.

Back on the Market:

5127 Iolani Place is back on the market after going into escrow on 7/23. The home sold for $725K in 1/17.

Contingent:

4620 Emmalani Drive found a buyer while priced at $1.195M. Prior to this, the home sold in 9/04 for $850K.

Sales:

3930 Namakeha Loop sold for $1.280M cash while priced at $1.395M. The seller bought this home in 4/10 for $950K.
