Hale Honu 6B sold for $329K in 6/18 and is now listed for $510K. Puamana 17B is priced at $525K since selling for $302K in 7/02. Puamana 2B also came on the market listed for $649K. It sold in 4/14 for $355K.

Back on the Market:

Kaiulani 46 is back on the market after expiring on 10/20. Still priced at $1.225M it sold for $1.655M in 3/07. Unfortunately, Mauna Kai F3 is back on the market after going into escrow on 10/19. Priced at $578K, it changed hands in 9/06 for $450K.

Contingent:

Mauna Kai 6A went into escrow in only 3 days while priced at $465K. It was purchased by the seller for $405K in 6/17.

Sales:

Villas on the Prince 27 sold for $705K cash while priced at $735K. The last sale was in $700K in 6/09. Hale Honu 8B sold for $475K while listed for $495K. IT sold before for $514K in 3/06.

Under Contract:

Kaiulani 72 moved from contingent to under contract and should be closing soon. It is priced at $850K.

Price Changes:

Villas of Kamalii 13 is now $799K, down from $825K. It was purchased for $900K in 4/07. No on to your Princeville Kauai single family home update which is pretty sparse:
