New Listings:

Puamana 7A is priced at $499K. The last sale was in 6/12 for $240K. Puamana 12B sold in 10/12 for $285K. It came on the market this week showing as sold for $599K.

Back on the Market:

Hanalei Bay Resort T35 is back on the market, priced at $619K, after going into escrow on 10/18. The unit was purchased in 11/84 for $125K.

Contingent:

Puamana 2A found a buyer after 61 days priced at $485K. It sold before for $357,500 in 1/15.

Sales:

Sandpiper 103 sold for $432K while priced at $448K. The seller bought this unit in 8/16 for $340K. As noted above, Puamana 12B came on the market showing as sold. Hanalei Bay Villas 24 sold for $860K while priced at $869K. The seller obtained this unit for $650K in 10/04.

4161 Kamalani Lane sold for $825K in 2/17. It was withdrawn this week after only 57 market days priced at $995K.

Price Changes:
